Section 37K

The list prepared in accordance with subsection (1) shall be delivered to the occupier of the premises where the product, equipment, device, appliance, material, receptacle, package conveyance, book, record, document, computerized data or other thing seized is found.

Where the seizure is made in or from any premises which is unoccupied, the authorized officer shall whenever possible post a list of the things seized conspicuously at the premises.
