Section 37

If the authorized officer intends to submit any sample of a fertilizer, fertilizer supplement or raw materials to make fertilizer for analysis, the authorized officer obtaining the sample shall inform the person manufacturing, importing, exporting, selling, utilizing or having possession of such fertilizer, fertilizer supplement or raw materials to make fertilizer, or his or its agent or employee from whom the fertilizer, fertilizer supplement or raw materials to make fertilizer is procured that he intends to have the sample analysed by an analyst.
