Section 43
(1)
The Director may require any person undertaking any activity involving fertilizer, fertilizer supplement or raw materials to make fertilizer to furnish to the Director, within the time specified in a notice, any information relating to the fertilizer, fertilizer supplement or raw materials to make fertilizer.
(2)
Any person who fails to furnish the information as may be required by the
Director under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
