Protection against suit and legal proceedings
No action shall lie or prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained against—
(a)
the Agency, any member of its committees or any officer, employee or agent of the Agency;
(b)
the Council, any member of the Council, or any member of its committees;
(c)
the Joint Technical Committee or any of its member; or
(d)
any person lawfully acting on behalf of the Agency or the Council, in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him or it in good faith or any omission omitted by him or it in good faith in such capacity.
