(2)

Every application shall be accompanied by such documents, information and fees as may be prescribed.

(3)

The form, manner, documents and fees required under subsections (1) and (2) may differ as between different professional programmes or professional qualifications.

(4)

At any time after receiving an application for accreditation and before it is determined, the Agency, in consultation with the

Joint Technical Committee established under section 51, may by written notice require the higher education provider to provide additional documents and information within a specified period.

(5)

Where the additional documents and information required under subsection (4) are not provided by the higher education provider within the specified period or any such extended period as may be allowed by the Agency, the application shall be deemed to be withdrawn and shall not be further proceeded with, without prejudice to the right of the higher education provider to submit a fresh application.

(6)

The Agency shall refer an application under this section to the

Joint Technical Committee which shall then make recommendation to the relevant professional body under subsection 52(1) for the purposes of accreditation.
