(2)
The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the overall administration and management of the functions and the day-to-day affairs of the Agency.

(3)
The Chief Executive Officer shall have general control of the officers and employees of the Agency.
(4)
The Chief Executive Officer shall perform such further duties as the Minister may from time to time direct.
(5)
In discharging his duties, the Chief Executive Officer shall act under the general authority and directions of the Council.
(6)
The Minister may appoint such number of Deputy Chief
Executive Officer, to assist the Chief Executive Officer in the performance of his functions and the exercise of his powers under this Act.
(7)
If for any reason the Chief Executive Committee is unable to perform the functions and duties of his office, one of the
Deputy Chief Executive Officers shall perform the functions and duties of the Chief Executive Officer.
