Part XII · Appeals

83. Power of Minister or Appellate Committee on appeals

(1)

The Minister or the Appellate Committee, as the case may be, may, on an appeal being made under section 82, confirm, revoke or vary the decision appealed upon.

(2)

The results of an appeal shall be communicated in writing to the Agency and the person making the appeal in subsection (1).
