86. Powers of authorized officer

An authorized officer shall have all the powers to—

(a)

investigate any offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act;

(b)

conduct any inquiry under this Act or any regulations made under this Act; and

(c)

enforce any provision of this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
