Section 46
(1)
The Director General shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each year, cause to be made and transmitted to the
Minister a report dealing with the activities of the National Archives during the preceding year.
(2)
The Minister shall cause a copy of the report under subsection
(1)
to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
