Applications and refusal to register

Section 12
(1)

Any person wishing to be registered under this Act may apply to the Board in that behalf in the manner prescribed; and the Registrar may in any case refuse to register his or her name in the Register.

(2)

A person aggrieved by the refusal of the Registrar to register his or her name may appeal to the Minister against such refusal; and the decision of the Minister thereon shall be final.
