Appeal against orders of the Board

Section 13C
(1)
Any person aggrieved by any order made against him by the
Board in the exercise of its disciplinary jurisdiction may, within one month from the date of the making of the order, appeal in writing to the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may, in considering an appeal under subsection (1), affirm, reverse or vary the order appealed against.
(3)
The decision of the Minister under this section shall be final.
