Section 13A
Disciplinary jurisdiction of the Board
(2)
The Board may exercise disciplinary jurisdiction over any registered person who⎯
(a)
has been convicted of an offence in Malaysia or elsewhere;
(b)
is, in the opinion of the Board, guilty of improper conduct or gross negligence;
(c)
has obtained registration by fraud or misrepresentation;
(d)
was not at the time of registration entitled to be registered;
or
(e)
is or has been certified to be a drug dependant by a government medical officer or a registered medical practitioner under the Drug Dependants (Treatment and
Rehabilitation) Act 1983 [Act 283].
