Section 15
A fugitive criminal who is apprehended on a warrant issued under paragraph 13(1)(a) shall be brought before any Magistrate who shall order—
(a)
that the case be transmitted to the Sessions Court; and
(b)
that the fugitive criminal be remanded in custody prior to his appearance before the Sessions Court.
