Magistrate to report issue of provisional warrant to Minister

Section 14
(1)
A Magistrate issuing a provisional warrant shall forthwith send a report of the issue together with the information or evidence or certified copy thereof to the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may, if he thinks fit, order the warrant to be cancelled and the person who has been apprehended on the warrant to be discharged.
