(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words
“disclosure documents” the words “supporting documents for registration of franchise”;
(b)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by deleting the word “disclosure”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the word “(a)” the words
“, (b), (c), (d)”; and
(c)
in subsection (2), by inserting after the word “Registrar”
the words “together with the prescribed fee”.
