Section 19
Subsection 27c(1) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (a), by deleting the word “or” appearing at the end of the paragraph;
(b)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the comma the word
“; or”;
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
“(c) a person who has been granted a licence to which the licensing scheme applies,”; and
(d)
by inserting before the words “person or organization”
the word “operator,”.
