Section 21
Section 28 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the word
“Establishment” the words “and powers”;
(b)
by renumbering the section as subsection (1); and
(c)
by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(2) The Tribunal shall have the power to decide on the following matters:
(a)
an application by a performer under section 16b;
(b)
any reference by an operator, a person or an organization referred to in Part IVa;
(c)
an appeal by a licensing body under subsection 27a(8); and
(d)
the exercise of the power under section 31.”.
