Section 40
(1)
The Minister may authorize in writing any public officer to exercise the powers of enforcement under this Act.
(2)
Any such officer shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
(3)
In exercising any of the powers of enforcement under this Act, an authorized officer shall on demand produce to the person against whom he is acting the authority issued to him by the Minister.
