(2)
Where a licensed tourist guide has lost his licence or his authorization card, he shall immediately notify the Commissioner in writing of the loss.
(3)
Such licensed tourism enterprise or licensed tourist guide shall submit an application for a replacement licence or authorization card, as the case may be, accompanied by all such information and documents as may be required by the Commissioner together with the prescribed fees that may be imposed.
