Section 105

(1)

The decision of the Appeal Tribunal, on any matter, shall be decided on a majority of the members.

(2)

A decision of the Appeal Tribunal is final and binding on the parties to the appeal and is not subject to further appeal.

Enforcement of decision of Appeal Tribunal 106.

A decision given by the Appeal Tribunal may, by leave of the Sessions Court, be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or order to the same effect, and where leave is so given, judgment may be entered in terms of the decision.

Immunity of action for act or omission done in good faith 107.

No action or suit shall be instituted or maintained in any court against—

(a)

the Appeal Tribunal;

(b)

the Chairman or any member of the Appeal Tribunal;

(c)

the Secretary or any other officer of the Appeal Tribunal;

or

(d)

a person authorized to act for and on behalf of the Appeal

Tribunal, for any act or omission done in good faith in the performance of its or his functions and the exercise of its or his powers under this

Act and any subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
