Section 97
(1)
There shall be appointed a Secretary to the Appeal Tribunal and such number of officers as may be necessary for carrying out the functions of the Appeal Tribunal.
(2)
The Minister may designate such number of public officers as the Minister thinks fit to assist the Secretary in carrying out his functions under subsection (1).
(3)
For the purpose of this Act, the Secretary and the officers designated under subsection (2) shall be deemed to be officers of the Appeal Tribunal.
