Appeal to Appeal Tribunal

Section 98

(1)

A person who is aggrieved by a decision or direction of the Commission or the committee as set out in section 91 may appeal to the Appeal Tribunal by filing a notice of appeal with the

Appeal Tribunal.

(2)

A notice of appeal shall be made in writing to the Appeal

Tribunal within thirty days from the date of the decision or direction of the Commission or the committee and the appellant shall give a copy of the notice to the Chairman of the Commission or the committee.

(3)

The notice of appeal shall state shortly the substance of the decision or direction of the Commission or the committee appealed against, shall contain an address at which any notices or documents connected with the appeal may be served upon the appellant or upon his advocate and shall be signed by the appellant or his advocate.
