Section 74
(1)
The terms and conditions of any resolution of a dispute by the committee under this Chapter shall be accompanied with reasons and be in writing.
(2)
The committee shall provide the parties to the dispute with a copy of its decision as soon as practicable.
(3)
The decision of the committee shall be binding on the parties to the dispute.
