Registration of decisions

Section 75
(1)
The Commission shall maintain a register of all decisions of the committee under this Chapter in accordance with section 176.
(2)
The register shall contain—
(a)
the names of the parties to the dispute;
(b)
a general description of the matter pertaining to the decision and the decision; and
(c)
the date of the decision, except the reasons for the decision.
Enforcement of decision 76.
A decision given by the committee may, by leave of the
Sessions Court, be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or order to the same effect, and where leave is so given, judgment may be entered in terms of the decision.
