Section 81
Reports of public inquiry
of Water Services Industry Act 2006
(1)
The Commission shall publish a report of its findings in respect of any public inquiry it conducts.
(2)
The Commission shall publish the report within sixty days from the conclusion of the public inquiry.
(3)
The Commission shall not include in the report any document, information or material—
(a)
that is of a confidential nature;
(b)
the disclosure of which is likely to prejudice the fair trial of a person;
(c)
that would involve the unreasonable disclosure of personal information about any individual (including a deceased individual); or
(d)
that is subject of an order made under section 80.
Protection from civil action 82.
No civil proceedings shall lie against a person in respect of any loss, damage or injury of any kind suffered by another person because of any of the following acts done in good faith:
(a)
the making of a request to hold an inquiry under section 77; or
(b)
the making of a statement to, or giving of a document or information to, the Commission in relation to an inquiry under this Chapter.

Register of reports 83.
The Commission shall maintain a register of all reports made pursuant to an inquiry under this Chapter, in accordance with section 176.
