Section 49

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting before the commencement date and affecting any of the property transferred under section 48 shall have full force and effect against or in favour of the Institute and shall be enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the dissolved Board or any person acting on behalf of the dissolved Board, the Institute had been named therein or been a party thereto.
