Section 50
(1)
The Forestry Research and Development Fund established under the repealed Act is dissolved.
(2)
All moneys standing in or due to be paid to the Forestry
Research and Development Fund shall on the commencement date be transferred to and vested in and be deemed to be part of the
Fund.
