Continuance of pending applications, etc.

Section 53
(2)
All applications, approvals and decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pending before the Minister under the repealed Act shall on the commencement date be dealt with by the Minister under this Act.
(3)
All instruments, certificates and documents lodged with the dissolved Board before the commencement date shall on the commencement date be lodged with the Institute.
