Section 37
(1)
No licensee or management shall employ or permit to be employed on any service involving management of or attendance on or proximity to live equipment not effectively insulated any person under the age of sixteen years.
(2)
Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit.
