Section 35
(1)
No person shall, in the generation, transmission, supply or use of energy, permit any part of his supply lines to be connected with earth except as may be prescribed by rule under this Act or be expressly permitted by the Director General.
(2)
In the event of any breach of subsection (1), the Director General may by written order require the licensee or owner to remove the connection and may prohibit the use of any supply line or works or installation until the order is complied with, and every such order shall be complied with by the person concerned.
