Section 76

Sessions Court and a Magistrate’s Court shall have the power to order the detention, in a Henry Gurney School, up to but not after he has attained the age of twenty-one years, of any person who has attained the age of eighteen years but has not attained the age of twenty-one years at the date of making such order.
