Section 109
(1)
A Protector or police officer may investigate the commission of any offence under this Act.
(2)
A Protector when acting under this Part shall, on demand, declare his office to the person against whom he is acting or from whom he seeks any information.
(3)
Every person required by a Protector or police officer to give information or produce any document or other things relating to the commission of any offence which is in that person’s power to give shall be legally bound to give the information or produce the document or other things.
