Section 19 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “before a
Court For Children” the words “by a Protector”;
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “placed” the words
“temporarily placed”; and
(ii)
in paragraph (a), by inserting after the words
“place of safety” the words “or centre”;
(c)
in subsection (3), by inserting after the words “place of safety” wherever appearing the words “or centre”; and
(d)
by deleting subsections (4) and (5).
