Section 16
Section 22c of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by inserting after the words “Where any customs duty”
the words “, surcharge, penalty, fee or other money”;
(b)
by inserting after the words “liable for the customs duty”
the words “, surcharge, penalty, fee or other money”;
and
(c)
in the proviso, by inserting after the words “having priority over the customs duty” the words “, surcharge, penalty, fee or other money”.
