Section 48
Section 74 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for subsection (7) the following subsection:
“ (7) Every auction sale shall be conducted—
(a)
by or in the presence of senior officer of customs; or
(b)
electronically in the manner to be determined by the
Director General.”.
