Section 80
Subsection 110(1) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “A proper officer of customs”
the words “For the purposes of Part IX, a proper officer of customs”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “at which the goods produced to an officer of customs under section 80 are deposited”.
