Section 111
(2)
Any delegation under this section shall not prevent the
Director General from himself exercising or performing such delegated power, duty or function.
(3)
A delegation made under subsection (1) may—
(a)
be made subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as may be specified in the instrument of delegation; and
(b)
be revoked or varied.
