Section 114
Protection against suit and legal proceedings
No action shall lie and no prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained against the Government, Minister, Director
General, Inspector or any officer of the Government or any person acting under the direction of the Government, Minister, Director
General, or Inspector, in any court for anything done or omitted to be done under this Act—
(a)
in good faith;
(b)
in the reasonable belief that it was necessary for the purpose intended to be served thereby; or
(c)
for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
