Section 22

Duration and renewal of licence to operate or provide

Sections 16 to 19 shall apply mutatis mutandis to an application for renewal of a licence to operate or provide.

When renewing a licence the Director General may vary the terms or conditions attached to the licence and may impose additional terms and conditions.
