Section 24

The Director General may, on an application in writing to him, vary the terms or conditions of the approval to establish or maintain or licence to operate or provide a private healthcare facility or service by endorsement thereon or otherwise in writing by altering, in such manner as he thinks fit, the purpose or purposes to which the private healthcare facility or service is established, or maintained, or operated or provided, or the type of healthcare facility or service for which the licence is in force.
