Section 101
(1)
Subject to any rules made under this Part, the Railway
Assets Manager shall, at the direction of the Corporation, dispose of all questions relating to the service, remuneration, privileges and allowances of officers and servants of the Corporation.
(2)
Subject to any rules made under this Part, the Corporation may delegate its power to exercise disciplinary control over officers and servants of the Corporation to the Railway Assets manager except its power to dismiss any officer or servant of the Corporation.
