Appointment of the Railway Assets Manager

Section 90
(1)

The Minister may, from time to time, appoint a fit and proper person to be the Railway Assets Manager who shall be the chief executive officer of the Corporation.

(2)

There shall be paid to the Railway Assets Manager such remuneration or allowances as the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, may determine.
