Section 31 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by substituting for subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(1) Subject to section 34, any registered trade union may, with the consent of more than one-half of its members or delegates, change its name.”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by inserting after the words “its members”
the words “or delegates”.
