(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by deleting paragraph (a);
(ii)
in paragraph (c), by deleting the words
“paragraph 15(2)(b) or”;
(iii)
by deleting paragraph (e); and
(iv)
in paragraph (l), by substituting for the words
“subsection 76c(1)” the words “section 76c”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “An appeal”
the words “Except in matters relating to cancellation or withdrawal of certificate of registration of trade union, an appeal”.
