Amendment of section 38
(a)
by substituting for the words “increase of members’
subscription” the words “imposition of levy”;
Trade Unions (Amendment)
(b)
by inserting after the words “more than one-half”
the words “of the votes returned”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “have voted in favour of”
the words “are in favour of”.
