The Trade Unions Act 1959 [Act 262], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 2—
(a)
in subsection (1), in the definition of ‘ “trade union”
or “union” ’, by deleting paragraph (a); and
(b)
by deleting subsection (2).
