Chapter 13

121. Judicial review

Feedback & support
(1)

A person affected by a decision or other action of the

Minister or Commission may apply to the court for a judicial review of such decision or other action.

(2)

A person shall not apply to the court for a judicial review unless that person has first exhausted all other remedies provided under this Act.
