Section 157
(a)
the person holds a spectrum assignment issued under this
Part;
(b)
the person holds an apparatus assignment issued under this
Part; or
(c)
the use of the spectrum is subject to a class assignment issued by the Commission under this Part.
(2)
A person who contravenes any prohibition under this Chapter commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
