Part III · Appeal Tribunal

18. Matters which the Appeal Tribunal may review

(1)

The Appeal Tribunal may review any matter on appeal, from a decision or direction of the Commission but not from a determination by the Commission.

(2)

Any decision by the Appeal Tribunal is final and binding on the parties to the appeal and is not subject to further appeal.
