38. Suspension or cancellation of an individual licence by the Minister

(1)

The Minister may, by declaration in accordance with section 13, suspend or cancel an individual licence granted under this Part in any one of the circumstances set out in section 37.

(2)

The procedures set out in section 13 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the suspension or cancellation of an individual licence under this section.
